While ensuring our client’s files and information are managed confidentially and with accuracy. Susan has an extensive background as an executive administrative assistant, HR professional, and worked as a successful real estate agent in The Woodlands. She has the knowledge and experience to effectively manage our office, handling the many details of every transaction from contract to close, and to successfully market our listings. By developing an individualized marketing strategy for each property, our marketing campaign consists of a combination of professional print materials, extensive web presence, and utilizing social media sites to promote and sell your home. She enjoys working with our clients, and within the real estate industry. A California native, Susan has lived and worked in Spring and The Woodlands area for 11 years.

Chloe Shafer, Office Assistant

Longtime resident of The Woodlands community and graduate of The Woodlands High School, Chloe is currently a student at Lone Star College working to obtain a Bachelor of Science.  Her goal is to obtain a career within the medical industry. Meanwhile, she loves assisting us in the office with a variety of tasks,  We couldn't do it without her and given the opportunity meet her, she has a cheerful personality and a joy to have as part of our team.
